Phil is currently shooting news for CityTV Toronto's news programs,
CityPulse and CablePulse24. He has attended Ryerson University's
Radio & Television Arts program.
Phil has a variety of experience from the Director of Photography
for high definition music videos, documentary to guerilla
DV camera tactics.
By having experience as an editor, Phil is able to tell a story effectively
on camera, and to shoot for editing. This is important
when you need to capture a moment quickly without wasting
reams of tape - you are able to find and log scenes quickly
without going through reams of tape!
